The USA Pan commercial quality 9 x 9 square cake pan is ideal for brownies, bar cookies, cakes, cobblers, cornbread, side dishes, casseroles, scalloped potatoes and more. Our cake pan is made from aluminized steel ---steel for strength and durability and aluminum for superior conductivity. Aluminized steel conducts heat evenly and quickly while also standing up to repeated use all while resisting rust and warping . Our 9-Inch square cake (we have an 8-inch square baking pan too!) is coated with our proprietary Americoat- a clear, nonstick coating that is specially formulated for superior baking and an easy release of baked goods. The unique corrugated surface provides air circulation for better browning, even baking, and perfect release.
